What we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone number, and billing details.
- Contacts and group members that account holders add, including names and mobile numbers.
- Message content and delivery records for messages sent or received through the service.
- Basic usage and log data needed to operate the service.
How we use it
To deliver messages, show delivery status, run group conversations, bill for usage, provide support, and prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
Service providers that make the product work: our messaging carrier partner for sending and receiving texts, our payment processor for billing, and our hosting and database provider. We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Message data
Account holders control their own contacts and message history and can delete them from within the app. Messages are retained so accounts can view their history and delivery logs.
Opting out
Recipients can reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. See the opt-in page for details.

To access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email info@gotext.app and we will respond.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
