Terms of service

GoText provides SMS and MMS messaging tools, including group texting, broadcasts, and optional voice forwarding. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login secure, and for everything sent from your account.

• Only message people who agreed to hear from you.
• Honor STOP requests immediately; the system also processes them automatically.
• Identify your organization in messages where the recipient may not recognize the number.
• No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or prohibited content, including messages related to illegal substances, hate speech, or fraud.

Carriers may filter or block messages. We may suspend an account that generates complaints or violates these rules.

Accounts are charged $50 at signup and $50 each month, credited as sending balance. Usage is deducted at $.015 per SMS segment and $.05 per MMS, per recipient. Optional AI replies and voice numbers are billed at the rates shown on the pricing page. When your balance runs low, your card is topped up automatically so sending can continue. If a charge fails, sending pauses until the payment method is updated. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; remaining balance is not refunded.

The service is provided as is. Message delivery depends on carriers and networks outside our control, and we do not guarantee delivery times or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
